    WHO QUALIFIES TO BE A PARTICIPATING CONTRACTOR:

    Contractors that possess an active DC Business License, SAMS registration, Business has a “DC Clean Hands Certification”, meet the necessary insurance requirements, and personnel have the required training and certifications may qualify to become a Fry NP contractor.

    HOW TO BECOME A PARTICIPATING CONTRACTOR:

    If you are interested in becoming a Participating Contractor, licensed contractors should submit the following documents: 

    Applications accepted on a rolling basis and all proposals must include appropriate current licenses.
